Open your wallet
Register your wallet so you never have to carry cash around again. All it takes is:
Select “Sign up for wallet” in QR ME
Give us a nice, big smile and thumbs up and take a selfie.

Top up your wallet
Make sure your wallet is always full. Here’s how you top it up:
Sign into your wallet on QR ME.
Select the drop down next to your wallet balance, and choose “Top up”.
Enter the amount you want to top up your wallet with.
Follow the payment flow.
And that’s it! Your wallet is topped up and ready to be used.
Pay from your wallet
Paying from wallet to wallet is so easy, all you need to do is:
- 1. Sign into your wallet in QR ME.
- 2. Select “Pay Now”.
- 3. Select “Pay into another wallet”.
- 4. Punch in the amount you want to pay.
- 5. Enter the cell number linked to the wallet you want to pay into.
- 6. Confirm the payment.
- 7. Validate the payment with the OTP you receive. And you’re done!
Withdraw from your wallet
You’ve got options when it comes to withdrawing your cash from your wallet:
Withdraw into your linked bank account
- 1. Select your wallet on QR ME.
- 2. Select the drop down box next to your balance, and select “Withdraw”.
- 3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Select “EFT into my bank account”, and hit “Next”.
- 4. Confirm the amount, fee, and the account information.
- 5. Select “Withdraw”.
- 6. Enter the OTP that is sent to you via SMS.
And that’s it! You’ve made a withdrawal into your linked bank account.
